Delete Your Errandy Customer Account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and personal data cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account

Account deletion is done directly inside the Errandy Customer app. Follow these steps:

Open the Errandy Customer app Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.

Tap the Profile tab Located in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to the "Delete Account" section It appears near the bottom of the Profile screen.

Tap the "Delete Account" card You will be taken to the account deletion screen.

Wait for the active order check to complete The app automatically checks whether you have any active orders. If you do, deletion will be blocked until the order is delivered or cancelled.

Select a reason for leaving Choose up to 4 reasons from the list provided. You may also add optional details in the text field.

Enter your account password to confirm This step verifies that you are the account owner.

Tap "Delete permanently" Your account deletion will be processed immediately.

Note: You cannot delete your account while you have an active order in progress (pending, confirmed, being packed, rider assigned, or in transit). Wait for the order to be delivered or contact support to cancel it first.

What gets deleted

When you delete your Errandy Customer account, the following personal data is permanently removed from our systems:

Account credentials (email address, phone number, password)
Profile information (full name)
Saved delivery address history
Device push notification token

What gets retained

Order and payment records are retained for up to 3 years.

Financial transaction records (order history, payment events) are retained to comply with financial reporting and legal obligations. These records do not contain your login credentials and are not used for any marketing purpose.

Can't access the app?

If you are unable to delete your account through the app (e.g. you no longer have access to your registered phone number), you can request manual deletion by contacting us directly:

Email us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered name and phone number so we can locate and delete your account.
