By downloading, installing, or using the Errandy mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Errandy is operated by Purepulse Innovation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Lagos, Nigeria.
Errandy is a hyperlocal grocery delivery platform that connects customers with nearby stores and independent delivery riders within defined geographic zones in Lagos, Nigeria. We facilitate the ordering, payment, and delivery of grocery items. Errandy does not own, operate, or manage the stores listed on the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Errandy. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
Errandy uses independent riders to fulfil deliveries. Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather, store preparation time, and rider availability may affect delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion. Refund decisions are final. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Errandy support may result in account suspension.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Errandy are the property of Purepulse Innovation or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the quality, accuracy, or availability of any products listed by stores on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Errandy and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Errandy, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
